It's very easy, really

The easiest method is to get a capture card. I got one called Game Bridge, but I don't think that it is made anymore

The other ways are harder, but would work i suppose

You could get a VCR and hook your 360 to your VCR to your TV, and then record it on to a tape, and buy an adapter for your laptop and put the tape into that...

Or

Buy a DVD recorder and do the same as the VCR method above, and just put the DVD into your computer

But the capture card method is the easiest. If you do go with that, and you find a Game Bridge, make sure you are using XP because Game Bridge will not work with Vista. There are other capture cards that will.

WhiteKnight.
I belive the easiest and the quickest is to have some 1 record for you.
Then upload it, and you yourself download to your Laptop or PC.

I did it a few times, way back for a few close friends at 360.
Here is the link, check it out. http://www.veoh.com/users/CJ-Johnny

I don't do YouTube.
Reason. Not enough for my file size.

if you got windows with media player and a video card with a tv tuner input you can hook up your 360 to it and record it like a tivo

The only issue is that most affordable tv capture things are standard definition only. High def capture devices are quite expensive. (You're practically better off getting a HD Camcorder to take it off the TV with those prices) Also, be careful to not get used to keeping your stuff attached to said capture card, for more than the use of grabbing the video. In order to work correctly, most capture cards show the display about a split second later than it actually happened. So it's not wise to play games normally, that way.

I made a big post about the capture device I use. It's amazing and VERY afforable.

Watch this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_6a-3LlKoE&fmt=18

Here's the description:

For Video Capture:

1) VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) (Allows Audio and Video Previewing/Capturing, I love it!)
2) AMCap (http://www.noeld.com/programs.asp?cat=video) (Does most of what VirtualDub does, but is shareware. Registration required for long recording and previewing.)
3) VirtualVCR (http://virtualvcr.sourceforge.net/) (Audio and Video Capture, only Video preview)

For Video Editing:
1) VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) (Add filters, resize video, add custom tracks, export as AVI with any codec, it wins!)
2) Windows Movie Maker (Yes yes, it can be useful if the above does not work!)

Zero tell your friend i said hey :P
