But to answer your question, just walk through the large structure that has a spinning exit sign over it. It's the thing that looks like the entrance to some of the RELICS sites.

But really, I don't know. Something to do with lagging out in the lobby. I saw a video of the aftermath, and outside of the walls looks like Raffon Field Base (without the gate leading to Raffon Lakeshore). Nothing too special.
