pm evolution devices

80th time ive had a question about this crap i have a sriking bot lvl 15 battle and i got a pm evolution 422 and it wont let me feed it to it, really stupid yes.

Those devices work on a couple of conditions:
1. For normal PM devices, you can only use on the same series. Say, your initial PM is 440, you can use PM device 420 to 424 without bothering w/battle stat.
2. For Ex devices, you can bypass the series restriction by leveling up B Stat to at least 15.

What's your PM's current model number?

If your current model is 410 you need to use an EX device GH422. You can not use the normal PM device GH422 to evolve your PM.

one more question can ex devices transfer a striking bot to technic or range?

Not sure what you're asking, but...

An EX device can convert *any* PM model to change its appearance and behavior in battle.

However, the production stat - what you had to increase to 80+ to evolve it - can only be changed by resetting the PM to its original state and re-feeding it. There is no way to convert a PM with, say, a 100 Production Stat for Striking into a PM with a 100 Production Stat for Ranged without starting over from scratch.

Any PM device only affects the model of the PM, not its synthing stats. Note that EX devices need the PM to have a minimum certain battle status (BSt).
