It's true. If you go to Neudaiz, you will have Phantom Fissure. Go ahead. Try it. Just don't go to your room first.

Not a problem. I was a little scared the first time I tried switching planets as well....

Room breaks don't lose rare missions. The value is bound to your character when you get it. Relogging, on the other hand, I'm not so sure about. Same goes with switching characters.

You can log out. It's been done.

The only way to get rid a rare mission is to start it and abort it. Ive tried everything. Loggin wont get rid of it doing other missions wont etc...

That's right.

Once you get it, it won't go.
You can do other missions and even other rare missions, and you'll still have it.

Then is it character bound or account bound? I assume the latter, like casino coins and Edel weapons. Though GBR points used to be character specific, so you can never be too sure.

Uh, no. At the very least, if you do another rare mission you will lose the flag.

I don't know if anyone has confirmed the flag reset if you start any normal mission, though.

I did another mission and quit midsession for dinner and when I logged on to hunt some enemies I had the mission and invited some people. It was an event mission however so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

u can only have 1 rare mission at a time it wont stack and u can do other free missions. If u havent checked in a while then go check for rare missions b/c u can get it off of carnival missions and it will stick even if u continue to do missions.

Not anymore.

Today, 3 members of the party had PF.

We did the 1st guy.
Reformed.
Did the 2nd one.
And then did the 3rd one.

And by the end of all 3, we had another PF.
So then we went for our 4th.

The new system is great. (Aside from its missing the text alert)

Did you run the mission with all three Flagged members in the party, or did you make them wait outside? From what I've heard this is the only thing that hasn't been confirmed that I've been wondering about.

Same 6 people.

Trust me, we've been doing it for a few days now.

I know someone that was level 60 when he got the PF flag, levelled to 75 doing a billion other runs before finally doing his S run!

That sounds less like "if you do another rare mission you'll still have the first one" and more like either "Everyone in the party gets the flag individually and it's not reset if you're not the leader" or "we got extremely lucky and hit the rare mission four times in a row" (which has happened to me last month).

So, by that--doing say, 100 carnival missions (lets say PF has a 1/20 rate) you have a good chance of getting it. Say you get it during run 34, you continue running the 100. Will it be there after?

Basically, can you run a whole bunch of missions to increase the chance of getting it, and then check way later and have it?

Yeah that's simply what happened today.

We played for a bit, then split to check and found out 3/6 had the rare mission flag.
