Is there any sort of predictable formula to the damage done by Olga Flow's super-long-range wave of energy?

For me, his super attack tends to do **KILL!!!** damage to me, every damn time. At least on Ultimate... but then again, I use a FOmar, so that's not saying all that much. Does at least 800 damage offline to me, and probably twice that online.
I too would like to know a rough amount, though. If it weren't for that attack, Flow would be pretty easy.

I'm not sure on the damage of the wave attack his second form uses a bit too often for my tastes but I found it's fairly easy to avoid since it's blocked if it hits the rubble in the area and misses almost all the time if you stand right under him. I'm more concerned about the damage his first form does when it lands on the elevator and pulls you under it to blast you. . .

Yesterday was the first time I had played episode 2, so I figured I take it easy and do normal. It was pretty easy up untill Olga Flow, his first form was cake but his second form doing that damned move kills me in one hit! Could have sworn I was right underneath him atleast 2 of the times he killed me. I'm a lvl 67 RAmar for crap sakes, been all the way through Very hard in ep 1 just don't have quite enough health to withstand Dark yet.
His ultimate attack damages you, depending on how close you are to him. Being right under him results in death/near death.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again; taking on Olga Flow with a melee weapon is a very, very stupid thing to do.

What attribute is Olga Flow? By that I mean, Dark/A.Beast/Machine/Native?

He's "???" attribute.
The biggest problem I have on Olga is that attack and the elevator one where you get stuck in the middle on VH and up. Both of them can kill me in one hit, and I can never dodge the latter. x_x;

So then when you see olga move to the middle on the map in the right hand corner of the screen, run to the edge and keep the analog stick pointed towards the edge of the elevator. When he begins to "suck you in" you'll start running away but be moving closer to him, eventually he'll just stop and you can turn around and own his hole with your mechguns! BTW, Olga on Very Hard kills me stil with that stupid Rain from Heaven attack when those Giel creatures are near me...scared the crap outta me a 134 FOmar with nearly 1000def...

The farther you are from the beam and the more DEF you have does less damage. If you are very close or right under the Dark Flow, goodbye life, and hello Scape Doll.

I've killed Olga Flow on Vhard so far offline. I never had a problem using a melee weapon on his second form since it seems that the only safe spot from his shockwaves are directly under him between his legs. Atleast there you only have to worry about those 2 little annoyances he spawns getting on either side of you and blasting you with their special. But if you insist of fighting at range then make sure you stay in areas that have rubble on the ground that fell from the ceiling since that blocks the shockwave.
Also I was thinking about something last time I fought him. When he turns someone into Heathcliff Flowen can you still damage him like when Falz 3rd form borrows a player's soul, or does the damage transfer directly to the character?

I don’t know if I should do this as my first post here but oh well.
Knowing from Sonic teams history, ST never makes a “Unavoidable attack“, with out making a way out. I have fought flow enough to see that Hiding be hind ruble will not work. (the ruble dose not block it, I would know, I’ve tried hiding behind it many times.) and standing between his legs does not work either (ditto as the last) and a safe distance dose not work as well, (L 89 ranger standing far away from it was killed as well as the 35 HUmar (me)) so forget trying that. So I found out how to take only 50% Damage instead of a 100%.
Think about it… has a boss ever had self controlled AI monsters come with it? No. It is those monster that float around, give Flow his power for that attack. I think if you kill them when they are collecting energy you will not be killed. How ever killing them any time may do the same.
Other notes on flow: I noticed with flow that he dose the same amount of damage to everyone regardless of their level. He did 25% damage to me when I was L 35, he did the same amount when I was L 55. It seams with flow Your level means nothing, it is your skill that counts.
And also please don't get angry with me if I’m incorrect, I’m just trying to help.

The best thing to do with olga flow when he does his big wave attack is hide behind the boulders that fall behind the ceiling so you won't take ANY damage....

Yeah that scares me to. My HUmar is level 124 and his DEF isn't near that. Go figure. >_>
