View Full Version : Trouble Downloading the Demo?

Trying to download the NA demo of Phantasy Star. The demo gets to 60% and then it starts installing, then after about 2 mins it comes up with error 0x8004820b? I searched for the error code and it wasn't even listed anywhere. Has this happened for anyone else? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

No pc to psp. I have one of those USB cables that connects pc and psp.

How'd you manage to find a download link for PC? I couldn't find one, I ended up downloading to my PS3 and installing it to PSP that way.

the manager is a free download
gotta download it from this itunes like store.

Indeed. But I got it to work fortunately, from PS3->PSP, and even to my PC from there.

I didnīt understand. Is it or is it not possible to download it for PC? And to play on PC?

You can't play it on PC. You can download it to your PC and install it to your PSP, or you can download it to your PS3 and install it to your PSP. It's a PSP demo :P

Good chance your connection will drop, though. You're better off doing PC to PSP or PS3 routes.

I plugged my PSP into my PS3, then downloaded it to PS3 on my US account and installed it directly onto my PSP :)

Works fine :)

I don't have a ps3, so that idea is out. I updated my psp's software to 5.1, and now I am trying to download the demo directly. So far so good at 16%

Edit: Wooot it downloaded and installed successfully. =)
