Guardians License???

My guardians license has "expired" somehow even though It comes up on the billing account as it's ok!

I purchased the one off payment type....

Not sure what what the 2nd part meant but, it's reoccuring, so even if you know yourself your one month has been up, they will automatically charge the credit on your account for another month. Hope this helps.

Last I checked, you can buy a recurring subscription or a 180-day non-recurring block of time.

Now to answer your actual question: If it was working before, I know there were some issues with the billing server earlier today and I'm not sure if they're fixed yet or not. If it hasn't worked at all yet, it may be the billing server thing or your purchase didn't go through yet.

I suggest you contact SEGA Billing about it ( https://www.psu-billing.com ).
