Good lucky putting a party together when:

A: Obviously he's new if he doesn't know where the casino is.
B: No one is going to leave the event area to go run to the casino.

Regardless of party size it is quite a few runs just to get to the casino.. Stop deceiving.

... you have the person go to the casino, and then you use the second destination option for the transport lady. TA DA! your there. Other people already explained where it is, and quite frankly enough people are bored of the event that I'm sure he could find someone. worst case, he can solo the runs. I'd offer to do it for him, but I'm on PC.

Exactly why I offered to give him a lift. I will also teach of the dangers that lie in wait once you've entered the casino. Namely that f'in roulette wheel! Lol.

It's been a while since i've been to the casino and i've forgotten how to get there. Its on Moatoob right? I'm using my new'ish character who i've only been running Carnival with so i'll need to do several runs to get to the Casino, but I can't remember which >,< Are they giving out a silver coin daily now instead of a bronze?

It's always been a silver coin daily, except for the 2 weeks we had where it was 10 silver.

I was browsing the disc section a few mins ago and saw some screenshots which showed PSU disc 1 in the casino trade list, that's "Whole new world" from PSU, i think? im desparate to get that disc but when I checked PSO disk 1 it said it was a MAG only event for trading a Gold Badge in the lottery event. I'm just confused is PSU disk 1 is the same as PSO disk 1? I don't wanna have to wait for Mag+ to get the disk :(

They are different discs. So, yeah, you need to wait until you can get Gold Badges again.

There is actually more than one rout, the Psupedia link above is good. If you have run some missions there already chances are you can transfer at least part way.
