Look at my sig now. I think I got the katakana right.

The one on the right should say yuubu(Valor/ Bravery) and the one on the left should say onaa(Honor)

Hmm... I hate to say this, but I don't think that's right. The left looks like it says tehahaka, and the right looks like it says tachisochichi.

Check out http://www002.tokai.or.jp/yuki/katakana.htm for a katakana grid. If you want onaa and yuubu, you need to split it into consonant/vowel or vowel symbols. Like o-na-a and yu-u-bu. Each word should be only three katakana symbols. In fact... if my memory serves me correctly... since the last "a" in onaa and the middle "u" in yuubu are the second vowels in a pair, I believe you can use dashes for them instead of the single vowel katakana symbol.

Shouldn't you use Hiragana? If they are Japanese words you use Hiragana..Katakana is mainly used for foriegn words(ie english). Hope this helps.

I don't know what "yuubu" is, but "onaa" is just the English word "honour" written with the Japanese alphabet... so katakana is right.

...It occurs to me that the word for courage is "yuuki," and that's probably what you meant. ^^; That would be written in kanji, but maybe "varaa" ("valour"... again, English with the Japanese alphabet) would match the other one better...

Ok, this is the last test. If it isnt right this time oh well, just having the kata symbols there is nice anyway.

Hey Android....sorry I missed your post. Had any luck with getting your katakana to come out right?? 'Yuuki' is best for 'courage' & maybe 'Meiyo' is best for 'honor'. If you're still having problems with the katakana output,just cut & paste from this...
