Preta and Speed King

I did a search and didn't find anything really useful about either if these. The database has both of them listed with crappy stats and both look to be neutral. Am I missing something important like a special ability on these or do the highest star items for shadoogs just suck (in addition to being ugly T_T)?

and yes, they're not that great, they just fire fast to stagger enemies more often.

It's pretty sweet, if you ask me. Also, you gotta remember most of the power behind a range mag is in your own tech stat rather than the stat on the mag itself. So you can make up for its low tech with your own, high tech.
