Mugunburga drops?

Hiya all,

I saw on Feb screenshots that the board was dropped in what looks like the last run of World of Illusion Beta, is this the only place that it can be found? Also has anyone seen any for sale yet in player shops?

I really need to practice the bonus missions more as I struggle to get further than round 4 or 5 ><
