If I recall correctly, wasn't that only offline?

dunno, on psupedia is a generic note, not specified if for online or offline. maybe should be fixed to be more easy to understand

According to the item database, electro heart should have a boosted pp regen. Not only does the item say it doesn't do anything, but it actually doesn't...Does it give pp regen in the Japanese version or something? If not, time to edit the database :/

Yeah, the database just needs to be updated. PSUpedia lists nothing about the PP regen.

As far as I can remember, yeah it does have the PP regen effect offline.

So Electro Heart DOESN'T have PP regen in online mode? o.o I am totally not getting it then!
