Yasha drop % is different?

I just saw a 33% light Yasha in shops, and I'm pretty sure it can be any element. Can the JP players confirm if it's % rates are different, or did Sega change things?

it is different. iv saw loads of yashas about and they have all been in the range of 26% - 36%
