has anyone gotten to stage 10 and then the controller would start to vibrate and the level also shakes a bit?

this has happened a few times. i didnt notice anything afterwards except de rol le kicked our ass that time

Level 10 in the Beta mission always shakes like that. Since I'm using a keyboard I don't notice the vibrations. :p
