Snow Queen up for Trade

I'm looking for the Yasminkov 7000 or the Spread Needle.

Okay, I've had a few offers but no one has been concrete.

I have a Snow Queen. It's a high damage rifle style weapon that hits on impact like a launcher. It's freezing capabilities are 100% accurate pending you strike the enemy. It's stats are 0/15/15/0/0.

Please don't post and leave me hanging on a deal.

I need a shot gun: preferably the Spread Needle or the Yasminkov 7k.
