Well, seems the GM's have set up a poll on the name of our next event. For the record, it's the event we've been calling Shred the Darkness for the last few months. Here's the link.

In this epic quest, Segac finally gets their shit together for a marvelous showdown with the playerbase! Only one thing can stop them, not the hackers, but the HACKERS' FRIENDS!.

H) The Rods finally come down in price event

Honestly, I think "Shred the Darkness" sounds ridiculously stupid and juvenile.
It doesn't even make sense.
"Guardians of the Light" or "Shadows of Gural" seem to be the most fitting.
I'm opting for Guardians because, well, in PSU that's our profession.

Shred the Darkness, if only to keep from having to learn a different name for this thing. All these Japanese events that we haven't seen have totally confused me. I thought we were getting Guld in the event we have now, for example. Apparently that one's reserved for Anniversary Festa 2.

And yeah, they've done worse name localization in the past. Sakura Warpath -> Flowery Pursuit.
