when peole talk about weapons the found or are trading they tell the %'s. Are the %'s the damage % they do against types of enemies?? or what are they??

Percentages add that much damage to an enemy type. If you had 15% on Native, that weapon will add 15% damage with that weapon.

Weapons can have up to 3 different types availible, including the hidden Hit photon.

Percents only come in multiples of 5, btw.
