How do you get an S rank to get a Dallgun Portrait?
I tried doing it on B rank with 5 minutes and seconds left I still get an A rank with all creatures dead
I also did it on A with at least 5 minutes and seconds left with all creatures dead and still recieved A Rank.

You don't have to kill all monsters, it's strictly time based.
And I'm not sure the times on psupedia are correct. I know I managed to S rank it but I honestly forget what time you DO need to get. "ASAP" pretty much sums it up, though, so skip monsters you don't absolutely have to kill.

Hmm.. that mean I guess I have to beat at least 5 minutes. since 5 minutes and seconds on the clock gives me A rank.

Gah, I wish I could give away the Dallgun Portrait I have so many I started NPCing them.
Anyway, the method is pretty easy for a techer/gunner. I haven't run it as a fighter, but I guess tornado dance would work great for moving around. I always do this on a rank because I want Hiken and Soda Hazzoc not to mention the chance at Vijeri (although I already have one of those, a second wouldn't hurt)
1) First three Galdeen (2 or 3 ra-spells as a techer. Shotgun as a gunner)
2) Run through the flame traps. Kill the next two Orcadillian and Galdeen. (3 ra-spells and a couple of foie or diga for the Ordillian)
3) Run past the flame trap Grab the key turn around immediately and run back out the door. Ignore the boxes and creatures (you may have to run slightly to the left or right to avoid the spawning Delp Slami).
4) Run all of the way back to the beginning and use the key (ignore the Galdeen and Orcadillian. After a few runs you should figure out how to run past them all without getting hit.)
5) After using the key, run past the three Galdeen into the next room. Immediately run either directly to the left or right along the wall and around. This should make the on rushing Orcadillian miss you. I use regrant at this point as a techer. Shotgun or Yak Yoga as a gunner. Kill the two orcadillian and then the Slami (the Orca tend to start knocking you over if you try to take out the slami first. Megid should do 0 damage to a decent level techer anyway.)
6) After you kill those three (two orca and a slami) the door behind them should open. If you run straight to the pounder, it should be coming down right as you approach it. Not sure if tornado dance will get you through before it comes down, but I normally use this point to cast megistar or pop 'rides and giresta (ignore the Slami). Run through both pounders as they are raising. Ignore the side boxes and head into the final room of Block 1.
7) In the final room, I stay in the doorway. My strategy is to run up until I see the first one spawn on the map and then turn around back facing the oncoming creatures and use regrant. they all run into regrant, fall over and die. the reason why I do back facing them is because if you face forward they can sometimes hit you and force you to block. Nosdiga also works in this situation, but for me regrant is faster. I only use nosdiga if I'm running as a masterforce and don't have the HP to spare on a possible critical. Again, shotguns as a gunner, but that should be obvious.
You should be running down to B2 with about 9:40 on the clock.
A) First spawn of block 2 is three galdeen. They spawn immediately once you reach the outer line of the square. What I do is run to the point where I know they are spawning and cast 3 ra-spell before I even see them start spawning. I then start running up the stairs before I see them die. I know it takes me three 2 or 3 ra's to kill them. I know where they start spawning so I see no need to wait to see if they die.
B) Run up the steps and (optional), break the three boxes for possible Scapes, Lab Sets, Photon Charge Cosmo, etc and continue down the stairs to the first Zasharogan (scorpion thingy).
B1) optional[b] Run "past" the Zasharogan and let Lumia and Obel fight it for a bit to run into the fake door for key 1. Normally if you stop right in front of the first flame trap and cast Megistar the flames will stop right after you are finished casting. You can then run grab the key, turn around and run back out. The flame trap should miss you both on the in and out. Running out the door (probably past lumia and Obel who are stuck in the door for one reason or other).
B2) Cast nosdiga twice and the scorpion should die. Every once in a while I get lucky and the scorpion is already dead. I give Lumia and Obel a cookie when this happens.
C) Grab the key and run back around to the front. Open the door.
C1) [b]optional After you open the door, kill the first spawn of two galdeen (ra spells/xbow again. If you are wearing a har/quick you might overshoot the spawning galdeen so I aim for the wall right next to the dots where the spawn). After they are dead I rebuff while I wait for the key to fall (it takes a few seconds. Giresta and Megistar as techer. Agatride as gunner).
C2) optional Run down the hall while hugging the wall. Right as you get to the door, cast three quick ra-spells (xbow, twin handgun, whatever) to kill the spawning Galdeen. Run up and grab key #3.
D) optional Run across the gap past the Slami and past the Zasharogan into the hidden door to grab key #4 (just run through the flame traps). Hopefully Obel and Lumia are fighting, but most likely they aren't. After grabbing key 4 run back out past the Zasharogan to the Polymer/Relic edge room. I use regrant to open the boxes. Two laser cannon shots does the job as well. Grab everything red (sometimes the green stuff) and run back out.
D1) Kill the Zasharogan (shotgun, nosdiga). Grab Key.
Normally at this point I'm at 6:50 sometimes a bit more.
E) Run between the Slami and regrant/Shotgun/Damdiga. Don't use nosdiga at this point because it takes too long to cast between the four creatures that spawn. (two slami followed by two galdeen). As a male neuman fortetecher, I can survive killing all of the creatures with regrant without healing. Grab the second key.
F) Run down the hall past the spawning Slami and Galdeen. Ignore the boxes.
Normally around 6:30 at this point.
G) Run up the slope to the final two Zasharogan. Nosdiga (shotgun) each of them three times. You don't have to run up too close to them, but don't stand too far back. You want to hit them will all three hits of nosdiga. It normally takes me around 10~13 seconds to kill them.
Ding! You have beaten this mission with an S rank, cleared out the Polymer room, and gotten yet another Dallgun poster. Now for the 5 minute wait for the Howzer cut scene. Yay! Time to grab a book or watch some TV.
Classes I have used this stategy or a slight variation of this strategy with:
Male Neuman Guntecher/Fortetecher/Masterforce/Fortegunner/Wartecher/Acrotecher/Acrofighter/Protranser/Mastergunner
Female Human Guntecher/Fortetecher/Fortegunner/Mastergunner/Acrofighter/Acrotecher
Male Cast Fighgunnner
I haven't tried it as human masterforce. I haven't tried it as fortefighter or fighmaster. When I was a fighgunner I mainly used Hikai Shuha-zan and Twin Rising. I did not try it as fighgunner or acrofighter until after I had my first Vijeri resist. All other classes, (except master classes which didn't exist at the time) I used before finding a Vijeri.
The class that I personally find easiest for beating the mission is fortetecher. However that is because of my play style. I'm sure most others would find cast gunner/fighter much easier. Masterforce was a pain because Regrant did too much damage to me for use in the room with Orcadillian, nosdiga was too slow and they only come out two at a time so Damdiga wasn't killing them quickly enough. I could only beat it as a Masterforce with an S rank by skipping the Polymer/Relic Edge room (not that I bother skipping it. I don't care about the S rank after getting over 200 of those stupid posters)
I'm not sure how much of this text dump is actually useful to you, but hopefully something is.
