I read about that glitch where some people's techs go down to lv15...It says that lv30 techs go down. Most of my techs are around lv20, but not lv 30.(the way the news post makes it sound as if only techs at lv30 go down) Does this mean that my lv20-ish techs will go down if I beat C9? This is so confusing...o.O
