Needing Help...Petrified Rappy

Ok I'm trying to get a Petrified Rappy and it said that I need to get 5 Dogma Drops and 5 Tears of Light... But one problem... Where do I find these things!! >.< Please help me!!^^;

Dogma Drops drop from the Vol Brothers(ep.2 ch.1) and Tear of Light drops from Groove of Fanatics S or S2 from cylinder type boxes.

On the last block on GoF where the warp to the left leads to boss and warp to the right leads to more enemies, the room in between that requires a key typically has the tear of lights. And you can find them on lower ranks like C if you opt for speed.
