While we do have a GM who visits this forum, this is NOT an official site. To get your problems fixed, you need to go to the official website, http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com and submit a violation report. Furthermore, it goes against the rules of this website to call out other players as cheater/scammers by name and ID#, so you'll want to edit your post. :)
