View Full Version : Sega charged me twice for PSU GL. Will I be able to get a refund?

I bought the guardian license logged in to PSU and it said that my membership had expired so. I tried turning off the 360 and it still said the same thing, then just tried signing off and signing back in again still the same thing. Then I thought maybe I did something wrong when purchasing the GL. So I did just that and it fixed the problem but not stupid sega is charging me for two guardian licenses.

They can't do anything if you don't contact them.

dont worry about it. The 2nd charge will never go through. I've gone through this before

Are you sure cause on my bank account it says I was charged twice.
