If u mean the Paracabana Coast music this post has a link where u can get the PHANTASY STAR UNIVERSE Ambition of the Illuminus Original Sound Track album with 2 versions on it. At bottom of first page.

Yes, the music CD is actually released, however, may be it is not popular enough for people to upload or torrent them, I can't find it anywhere.
