I don't know, 1/1 goes pretty nicely with the 5%. 10% of max grinds, and 10% of max element.

This guy was running around the other day saying best palette in PSU for sale. Was expecting to see some serious weapons, and this was the only weapon on his palette. Was pretty funny.
