1. Do these glithces only occur online?

2. All this talk about new weapons, are old weapons like the S-rank Twin still available offline?

3. When someone says something like C9 or C4, is that like the different levels of C-Mode

1. Yes online when you play online C-mode, as far as anyones figured out at least. I know of no happenings on the offline cmode

2. Some of the old sranks are there, some arn't. The needle, j sword, and cutter are three missing weapons that I can think of off hand. The twin is there though. Also missing is all of the weapons power as they are extremely weak now.

3.Yes the C is for C-mode and the number is for the stage so C-1 is the first stage. Also know that you must beat all the stages leading up to the one you want to join to play that stage. So if you wanna join a C5 game make sure you've completed C1-4 before you join that game.

No S-ranks are available in offline c-mode, there are different prizes, all of them joke weapons (crazy tune, toy hammer, maracas) and very weak

You're missing the grind limits. Unless the offline s-ranks grind to insane areas like +250 they're still a lot weaker
