Forumotion.com for me! I've been on Invisionfree sites but they drive me nuts. I just don't like them. Personally I find them confusing where Forumotion is just all laid out, posting looks nicer as well since you can just do [backquote] and all that good stuff while on Invisionfree it blocks it out.
