Questions about the S-rank bannings & Possible Drops from Lo

i wasn't here to really understand the Bannign on S-rank weapons. can some one explain to me whats up and why are they doing this?
side note: S-ranks are the weapons earned by completing C-mode with the "S-Rank"
also it is the season will does anyone know if the rappies will be dropping "Love" type" items or will there be no changes in the rappy droppings
last thing is the Valentines quest it up yet?

The S ranks were banned online because before the tenth of this month the rest of the stages werent up. So if anyone had an S-Rank item before them it would be an illegal weapon and procured through means outside of C-mode. When they open the stages they should have lifted the ban but forgot to. As far as the rappys, I'm not sure but I hear they may drop flower boquets but I may be wrong I'm not sure reall.

No longer will you be banned for using your s rank online. It only took sonic team 3 days to fix it. I think that's a new record.
