I remember it did have lobby on the last year, so I wonder if you still see amure jao on the moatoob or not?

I'm pretty sure Dagora never had White Day decorations; it's always only been Clyez. But either way, no matter where the decorations appear, seasonal rare enemies will show up everywhere. So yes, Jaggo Amures will show up on Moatoob.
