Where to find "Germinus Gun?!"

I hope this question can be answered easily. Where can I find the machinegun "Germinus gun"?! :D

Its from Famitsu in JP, and we're not 100% that A. We will be getting updates and events and B. We don't know if the items from events were brought into normal free missions. Which, I see very unlikely, since someone emailed customer support here and posted their reply about still in debate about updates or whatever. I don't think they planned that far ahead to put it in just in case it goes the way of no updates.

I would prefer finding a Deathraic (who needs PP?) to the Germinus Gun or it's knockoff. Unfortunately it's listed as being from the Unrecorded Order DLC mission so... oh well.
