Need some help with Collector titles [Archive]

I've got knuckles, spears, rifles, twins, handguns, machineguns, and R-mags done already. They pretty much fell into my lap with a little footwork to buy out all the low rank models from shops.

Swords: I'm at 78% with all the shoppable models purchased already. If I get one of Creasaud, the lowest-level Fluge, Huge Cutter, Huge Cuttuc I'll get the title... Creasaud should be easiest but where does it drop?

Rods: similar situation... all the shoppable models are logged, I also have Dallgunrod, Pumpkinhead, Halarod, and Kazarod. I know where to get Psycho and Gao, tell me there are some easier ones to hunt please :(

Lasers: 75%... where can I get something like Meteor Cannon, Ryuskainoc, Needle Cannoc? I know where to get Adenha and NUG Bazooka, do they drop easily?

Grenades: 70%... I've got all the shop stuff, robopitch, gur bazgac, koltova, both of the A-rank teapots.

Twin Claws: 65%... SO FAR AWAY and I've got all the shop models, Vanda, Vahra, Yamata as well.

I can't wait to set my Protranser up with his red/black Illuminus Coat, Love Inferno, and Okarod.

Actually I'd say that the lowest-level Fluge would be easiest... Do the Holy Ground C as a Fighmaster, Protranser or Acromaster once or twice. Heck you may even pick up a Creasaud there as well.

Twin Claws, you'll need to be a Protranser or Acromaster and farm Hill of Spores A for the Twin Kitty Claw from Boomas (easy to get I think got 3 first run) then S for the Twin Snowy Claw from Rappy Polecs (also got it in one run) and finally Dancing Birds S for the Twin Neiclaw from GoBoomas (took me 2 runs for 1). In Dancing Birds S you also may pick up the Fuka Misakic. That won't get you it, but maybe adding Daylight Scar will, Rainbow Beast A Clear Box, hope you get lucky.

For Rods, Caduceus may be your best bet it's just about the most common weapon in Dulk Falkis' S Rank Boss Box. Run it on True Darkness for quickness.

Also I'm personally one away from Rifle but the store (both Colony and Yohmei) never seems to have the damn 6* Yohmei.

Thanks! I was checking on PSUpedia as well. I didn't know about Caduceus dropping, I haven't done Fakis as a force even once yet... The best looking drop for me was Chao Staff from Lightning Beasts A, I think, probably while leveling up techs.

It looks like AMF HQ Recovery has both NUG and Meteor Cannon lasers dropping for RA... that should get me my Inferno.

Creasaud is a Mizuraki area drop, but I'm in the process of clearing all the Holy Ground missions as a fighter anyway ... I should just get do-overs of the mid-ranks until a fluge pops out. Bloody Fluge looks awesome and has a red feather effect on the swing btw I love it.

Yep I found 2 Bloody Fluges in one go and while they did indeed look badass, and they "Dance" rather than attack they were low low percents. And for me that was the find that happened to unlock the De Regan Slayer at 30% Fire. But, I noticed in the other thread you reported finding a Dunas Fluge, PSUPedia doesn't explicitly state it but is it only Dark... and does it have the same feathery effect?

I don't recall Dunas Fluge having a feather effect... I only swung it a couple times on account of my PA's all being 30 for Sword until I get Gravity Break (working on my 10th lv30 PA right now)

The sword's not locked to an element, mine's ice.

Where on earth do I fight a lv80 Gol Dolva? Looking at grenade launchers, that's apparently where I'd get Inferno Bazooka from. The only one I've seen is in that story chapter. Otherwise I'll just work on getting Asted and Bazga.

Anyways, I have a nice little list of stuff to go run and get written up now. That'll keep me busy for a while. Too bad I have to save some of it for different classes, can't work on it while finishing levels on FighMaster (WHY CANT IT BE CALLED SOMETHING COOL LIKE HUNTMASTER, OR MASTERFIGHTER?!?!)

Dunas Fluge DOES have feather effects, they're just very pale compared to Bloody Fluge's burst of red awesome every time you swing. Also Dunas causes infect.

I scored Halarodoc, Creasaud, and Caelum Fluge last night for the Rod and Sword Collector titles, maxed MasterFighter and my 10th melee skill! There's a good night of gaming. King's an AM now.

Argh! I've had great luck with other models so far but Twin Neiclaw just won't drop!
I could use a Ryskainoc while I'm here, it would probably knock off the laser collector title too.

So far I've got sword, knuckle, spear, rifle, handgun, twin handgun, machinegun, range-mag, rod. Quite a few of those pretty much fell into my lap, like when I first checked %'s all I needed was to clean up on the shop weapon collections.

I've got Sword, Knuckle, Spear, Twin Saber, Twin Dagger, Saber, Slicer, Rifle, Shotgun, Longbow, Twin Handguns, Handgun, Machinegun, Ranged Mags, Rods, Wands, and Tech Mags.

I'm close with Twin Claws, of which I have the 7-9* Yohmei and Tenoras plus both 8* knockoffs, the 10* knockoff, Vanda and Vahra Claws, Daylight Scar, Twin Kitty, Nei and Snowy Claws. That puts me at 75%, so basically 2 to go. I have no plan of attack for these at all.

Daggers is at 76%, I'm going to need Amore Tip and Deva-Zashi, both from the same mission (Dancing Birds S), I'll be running it as the prerequisite Force now so here's hoping.

Laser Cannons is also at 76% but I'm not sure what I can do here, I've got Yohmei and GRM 7-10* with all four 8 and 10* knock offs, plus the Laser Pannon.

I scored a Shiraha-zashi from Adahna Degahna while leveling Masterforce. Now I'll be able to complete Dagger as soon as I get in some Dancing Bird runs. But in the meantime I'm going to continue farming him in the hopes of a Needle Cannon to contribute to my Lasers total.

Hmm, maybe it would be better to go bum an arm off of Adena Degahna while I'm leveling Acromaster. The chance to get Love Inferno because you picked up a Degahna Cannon is too awesome to pass up.

Heh well I haven't yet gotten the Needle Cannon after about 8 runs. I did however score my second 11* Muktengek Spear but this one decided to be super awesome what with its 50% Light element. Also my Zonde is capped and Noszonde is at 21.

lol I had left my character in a Sleeping Warriors S mission before coming to work... got Meteor Cannon just finishing that up and got my Inferno lol. It looks so cool. I'm going to take a break from getting collector titles to finish AcroMaster and get a world tour of Neudaiz done. Hopefully some of the stuff I have left is easier than the last couple weapon types I did. Sabers and daggers and crap have LOTS of shop models to pad out the % with.

I figured by the time I get all the classes to 10 I'll have most of the titles, because I got Acromaster to 10 but I have barely started MF, and GM and PT arent started yet and I have been working on FM which is at 5

What Type were you running as?

No, we had been talking about how I was just 1 new cannon away from earning the Laser Collector title ... the reward for that is a Love Inferno. Only the Meteor Cannon drops in Sleeping Warriors (from Polavorha, as Acro) but when I picking that up won me the title and the Inferno as well.

I don't know if the proper 12*'s drop anywhere ever. If you want to hunt down a big laser in the field Adenha Degana's laser cannon got cranked up to a 13* weapon with devastating stats. It drops for Gunner and Hybrid characters I think.

Where did you find the Yamata, I looked around but it doesn't seem to be listed as dropping in any particular place. Near as I can tell it's this or Twin Falclaw in order to complete my Twin Claw collection.

Yamata Misaki drops from Alterazoug, probably for hybrids if it's class-specific since they're the only ones who can use twin claw. The single version (Zanshu Misaki) drops from Zoalgoug.

Volcom - awesome! If you were hunting Agito you must have been a Fighter? Inferno Bazooka is probably a rare drop for every class if that's the case.

I thought I saw Flame Visit on the weapon list for PS:P as well but I don't know what category of weapon it is.

I knocked off Saber, Twin Saber, and Claw collector just shopping around last night.
I need one more wand (either 4* GRM or 1* Yohmei) to get Wand.
Bows and tech-mags I think I'm just 1 model away from collector titles but I have all the shop models on my list. I haven't had the regular 10* for either yet.

It's impossible to come out of the Holy Grounds S as a Masterforce without either the 10* bow off of the Tengoghs or the 11* bow from the clear boxes.

For Tech mags do you have the Rappy and Kakwane Madoogs? The former is from Rappy's if you're a Hybrid or Force, the latter is from the Kakwanes on A rank Dancing Birds.

Thanks Dymalos. I haven't leveled up MasterForce yet, which probably explains some of the rares I'm missing so far. I'm finishing up AcroMaster on MP from missions while clearing the Neudaiz Tourist trophy.

I've got the Kakwane tech mag but not the Rappy yet. The rappies have to be lv80+?
It's probably going to head off for De Ragnus missions and get Dori.

Oh, I saved/restarted for grinding the last beef weapon I had in storage to +10 for the Cooking Fighter trophy. I'm glad I remembered about that before screwing it up and having to hunt down another meat weapon. I was just making well-dones to pad out my weapon lists.

Yep, definitely 80+ on the Rappy's, a good mission to do them on would be Dancing Birds when you get Rappy Igg to spawn the last room has Rappy Igg, Rappy Gugg and regular rare (non Polec) Rappy's as their flunkies.

On a related point: when the Title requirement on PSUpedia states "must clear all Free missions on X"...

Does this mean all missions AND every version? IE: Dark Satellite C, B, A, S? Or, would doing only A count for running Dark Sat?

Similarly, can the Multimode Free Missions count? I'm just about to run Story Mission 6 as a AM 2, 50th level Beast...

Yes you must do all of the difficulties for every available mission. But it will aggregate your missions between multi and story mode. Meaning that you could do Dark Satellite C, B, and A in the Story mode and do Dark Satellite S in Multi mode and you'd be done with Dark Satellite.

lol I got the 10* and 11* bows in a single run of Sleeping Warriors S with a MasterForce leader, then we did Dancing Birds and found Velos Escudo just to rub it in.

Is there a good S-rank wand anywhere? I'm using Serdotes still, they pack more punch than Bajura even (although wielding what looks like a pimp chalice has its merits) ... yohmei-brand casting stuff sucks for power :/

Still looking for an S-rank mag, I ran into lv81 rappies in Dual Sentinel but got no love for drops.

Yeah, the only other wand with more TP is the Granahodorac, and that has about half the PP of a Motav. Even the Granahodora has about 80 TP less.

I found mine at Holy Grounds S.

I got the shotgun with a little luck at the store, and found a Dori for the tech-mag collector.

I need the 4* slicer to complete the shoppable stuff for Slicer, I don't know if that will put me at 80% on its own or or if I have to find one more S-rank (Sura-Hikec or Sanzu-Hiken) to get the title... I was disappointed after finally getting the complete lists of shop stuff for Card and Whip, as I need one drop-only item now for both those titles. I'm currently leveling MasterForce so they'll happen sooner or later.

I found Gur Asted and it wasn't enough to get the Grenade collector ( 78% :'( ) ... I have to find a Gur Bazga or Inferno Bazooka now.

Alright, I netted Axes with Anga Dedda and Anga Zagza, cleared Whips with the Vish Adac. So I'm 100% done with all of the collectors weapons titles. Now I need to die 55 more times and get 5 levels and PS Perfect will be mine.

I'm trying to get a fricking Gigas Spinner from AMF HQ Recovery. No love so far, nobody's dropping ANYTHING ... on the other hand it's a good mission and fun as hell with a MasterForce.

Do you have Vish Feara? It's a common enough drop from De Rol Le or Dulk Fakis with certain types. Vish Adac is more common on Stolen Weapon S than Desert Terror, and how about Sonic Splendoc which is easily netted from a few Plains Overlord S runs?

I managed to get a good ways above 80% without resorting to the Gigas Spinner.

I've already got Feara, and mine was 50 light too!

I switched off of MasterForce after maxing it, and went PT to play with the Love Inferno+10 I've been sitting on for ages. I picked up Twin Falclaw in just 2 runs of SEED Awakened! Only 2% lightning but that only means it owns Lightning mobs as hard as it does everything else :D

Now I'm spamming Grove trying to get Adenha Cannon. Those robots are still annoying as hell, killer shot doesn't blow them up at all like it used to... lightning techs (if I can catch 3 or more targets), Gudda Iggac, and the Falclaws do a decent job though.
