looky looky (http://au.ds.ign.com/articles/963/963355p1.html)

I guess this is to push sales in Japan but it looks neat in its own right.....

Set to be released in March for the DSi, its a 200 point game built with the Phantasy Star Zero engine. It seems to be something of an arcade style game with only 3 character choices, and a score attack system. The article also seems to suggest its only one stage, but states it has wireless multiplay.

Interesting, although if you already own Phantasy Star Zero it seems like little more than an arcade-esque demo.

Haha I just posted this in Site Related. Anyways, it sounds like a demo with an arcade feel, not my cup of tea but worth of note none-the-less.

I still say it should just be a free demo, but okay.

*Whew*, this is good news to me, it shows that Phantasy Star 0 wasnt going to end up being the only online Phantasy Star series to not get any future titles. At least Sega is still showing interest, and I hope this helps to bring more player to the game.

Hm...interesting. While it isn't "Zomg Awesome" it is a step in the right direction to future content update if all goes well...PSZ Episode 2 anyone?

This would make a helluva lot more sense to me.

Question: Anyone know if they at least threw up a demo on the JP Nintendo Channel? Seriously that system is so underused its not even funny. Its a great idea and im actually buying Avalon Code because of the demo they had up, but they only ever have like 15 downloads total.
