Hiya all,

I was just wondering how will 2 differing stat weapons combine into twin saber type? The Sange's from what I recall were all 0%? So does this mean when you convert it in the Arms Dealer mission to the twin saber weapon will it have a random elemental % when you convert it? Or will it go by Yasha's elemental %?

Thanks

100% Random. From Neutral to 40+.

Element is random too.

EspioKaos has said it was, usually, in the 30+ range.

Hmm, no point for me then. I used to always be about rank when it came to weapons, now i'm all about synthing and good %'s and grinds over rank. I think i'll keep my money and carry on synthing good A ranks and the occasional S rank.

No point in breaking the bank getting my paws on a Yasha and a Sange from shops to get like a 10% elemenet

Really? Last time I checked, towards the end of Winter Carnival, Sanges were 12mil+ and Yasha was 7mil+

Plus i'm not sure spending nearly 20mil and then possibly getting a low %. Plus a max of 30-40 for the weapon isn't really worth it for me. i find A ranks much better, getting 3 chances to synth, and being able to buy grinder bases too.

But each to their own, I admit they'll look awesome as twin sabers, but i'll stick to my A ranks :P

But remember you need Chevalier Edge for Jou'un Soul which costs 1 gold at the casino. I don't know how many people have a bunch of gold saved up, I only have 2 gold atm.

It actually goes up to 50%, because there are some people with 50% Sange Yashas but good luck getting one... I can imagine it'd cost an arm and a leg, even after MAG+ (Chev Edge's from Lottery)

tifa, if i recall correctly they ONLY give you good percent sange and yashas. like they are all either nuetral or 26-30%+ :P u shouldnt be worried at all about getting a low percent :)

12 mil for a Sange? Must be on PC.

Yeah, you're currently looking at 10-15mil for each sword- the prices of the materials needed for the Soul have skyrocketed too (last I checked, 4mil per De Ragnus Dorso, and you need 10  )

Glad I hunted most of mine (bought 4 for 50k each). Any extras I find I'm selling off, may as well make easy money on them while I can.

*has an Sange and a Yasha*

Too bad I use single sabers and not twins so they're staying separate.

That is a low percentage for me lol, I don't go for anything lower than 40%. So its why i'm sticking to my A ranks.. I made 3 50%'s this weekend and got one up to 9/9 ^^ I know the stats even when fully grinded will probably only be the base stats for an S rank, sometimes lower but the high % more than makes up for it, plus 3 synths out of each bored, there's just too many pro's to A ranks over S in my opinion.

I'll stick to my heavy twins ^^
