well the numbers arent disc specific, however they would need your password as well and if you both go online at the same time you'll definately be in trouble. as far as you using them at different times im not sure if sega would pick up on that

Well, here's the thing. Your friend can use your serial number and access key, as long as they only play Online on your Cube. They can play offline at home fine, but Online on your Cube only.
