Bullet and Tech leveling

I haven't played PSU online in almost a year, but back when I did there were rumors about increasing the rate at which bullets and techs leveled. I was just wondering if this ever went into effect?

Yep. Bullets got a 3x modifier, and techs got a 2x modifier, if I recall correctly.

its still hell at higher lvs but deffintly easier
