okay since iv found no-one planing to set up any play dates for psp phan. portable psp i want to set up a play date for Wednesday and Thursday at 2:30-5:00 i will make a party and wait for approx 2hours for people who wish to join all other don't be afraid to make your own parties and participate i don't expect many if any to come. just trying to get people to play i will monitor my post so if your going to play add to my post.

no silly.. i mean are you using phantasy star portable with xlink kai or with ps3 ad hoc? Phantasy Star Portable cannot be played online without going through one of those. It does not have infrastructure, only ad hoc mode. (Meaning it can only be played by people near you, unless you use xlink kai or ps3 ad hoc mode)

additionally, that's probably why you thought nobody played this game when in actuality plenty of people play this game. The ones who play online just happen to use xlink kai or ps3 ad hoc

lol :) There's guides on the internet. But you need a wifi adapter such as wifi max to do it.

This game doesnt have "ONLINE" mode. It only has "PLAY WITH CLOSE FRIENDS" mode. IE you can only play with people in the same room as you. Unless you use something that's made to push "PLAY WITH CLOSE FRIENDS" mode (ad hoc) over the internet so you can "PLAY WITH NOT SO CLOSE PEOPLE".

No you can if you have xlink kai or ps3 ad hoc that's what I was saying.

Bascially its this: Without XLink Kai or the PS3 thingy you can only play around those who are in the same vicinity as you. With the XLink Kai or the PS3 you can play with others. although I would like some help as how I can play PSU:P through my PS3. Whenever I try I fail and end up giving up and playing either Pixel Junk, Devil May Cry 4, or Resident Evil 5.
