Regarding the "Rappy Room" how do you get to Gifts from Beyond+ ? (Emphasizing the "+")

Any info is appreciated!

You get to it by going to the counter on 5F Clyez.

The mission you asked about? Gifts From Beyond+. It's from the event MAG+.
