They appear most often at Scared Planet or Lightning Beast with a chance of Lumirus / Kaos Knight in the end boxes.

If you get tagged with a rare mission you can get 500% Rappy droppings (pun intended) at Forest of Illusion. They only drop Halp Serafi boards there. Also a chance of Jigo Booma whom drop the rare mat Ash Soul.
