How often does it drop roughly in the ruins as an area drop? does it drop pretty common on coloney rare mission?

How expensive is the red line 38%+ armors?

flowen's soul doesn't drop in the rare missions since its a lv 150+ drop. in MAG+ the area drops weren't that common so don't hold you breath in finding one that way.

for red line, there isn't any in the shops ATM. i'll let that speak for itself.

oh dam red line is expensive then huh no 10 or 12% in shops either?

The board was 150m during the GBR in which it dropped, it dropped a little because people stopped logging in and playing, but now that the update's here, it's gone up in price again because there's more people willing to pay for it.
