the only % 40 or over was 44% before AOTI came out

if you read my post correctly it says that a 40% carriguine-rucar is impossible thats exactly why i added the carriguine-rucar at the end because i do know with nei claws and weapons that are coming from the arms dealer the %s can be anything.

maybe im playin a different game...but you cant make a 40% anything, just find them that way pre AOI or after.
