Lightning Mugunburga

I'm looking for a lightning Mugunburga. 25% or higher and ?/10.

I haven't seen anybody selling them in the player shops, and I'm wondering if anybody has one stashed away.

Prolly be more then 23 for the simple fact that no more boards are obtainable for awhile

Also maybe because of Muktengeks... i don't think anyone is willing to make a mugunburga lightning... unless... nvm. lol

Idk. I've been seeing 26% mugunburgas barely selling for 20mil.
And I thought the muktengeks was the reason too... but I'm still surprised I havent seen a single lightning one
