Does anyone know if VISA Gift cards work

Some do, some don't. I know for sure Vanilla Visa cards don't always work as I've ran into problems with 3 cards before when it came to PSU. I'd go for a Mastercard gift card, much less risky IMO and they never gave me problems with PSU's billing system.

For PSU subscriptions, the general concensus has been that as long as you keep money on the card, yes. Or the above post.

And in general, yes they work.
