OK Googled a few images. In SIG, you can get your FACEPALM images. Save them on
your PC if you do not have any. Also, there is a sweet little "GOOGLE" image that is
transparent.

If you don't know what transparent means:
Transparent meaning you can use it on ANY background and it will have that same background.

The PSU NA/EU servers have a real private server feel to it in comparison to the JP servers, don't they?

Small population, delayed content, hacking, glitching, poor customer support, and unexpected service outages have all gotten to the point where the running gag is that massive roll-backs loom after any issue. As amusing as the joke is, it's a shame that it doesn't feel unrealistic each time.

They're lucky to have such a small loyal fanbase (which they repeatedly stab in the crapper with a meat knife) to keep it afloat. Myself included here. Still, it just makes me wonder how this Mickey Mouse Club of business is able to look at themselves in the mirror after a performance review.

With that said, I was planning on canceling my subscription today until STD comes out, but the billing servers are down, gg. I hope they come up soon so I have an opportunity to cancel before I am charged for another month.

It seems incredibly unlikely that there will be a rollback, particularly because -- if the iffy translation of the JP site is to be believed -- it's an ISP outage, and not some sort of massive hack-attack, data corruption, or otherwise.
Just relax, folks. It sucks that we can't play PSU, but at least everything should be right where we left it, when it comes back.

If it's an ISP issue it is likely that it has affected the whole SEGA building, meaning that they won't be able to get online or check any E-mails etc. I'm pretty tempted to call up Edward or Ruby and see if they can confirm anything the JP site has listed. There will be NO ROLLBACK! The only way a rollback would occur is if there was corruption in the data. But since this is a simple case of server connection lose, there will be no rollback.

As you have likely noticed by now, both the XBox 360 and PC/PS2 servers are currently down. Until recently the forums and some other Sega sites & services were down as well.

while I was on this forum I did make some headway with me selling the last
