Promote Duke Questions

I've just been looking over the Promote weapons, and noticed the Promote Duke. Before I decide to throw down Megispheres for it, I have a couple of questions:
- Since it's S-Rank, does it shoot a beam like Ebrozike, or does it shoot some other way?
- What Status Effects does it inflict per element?

I just want to know that before I decide whether to get one when it's added.

Does it shoot pretty rapidly? I love the Fire Sonichi (which also has Attack Down) but it fires really slowly, probably because it also has knockdown. Also, do you know what level the Attack Down is? Fire Sonichi's is LV2.
