Question on Rare PSO missions

Ok so i just came back to the game recently and i know now that to get the PSO missions u gotta get a rare mission reward but question is is there a set way to get them or is it totaly random on beating any other missions?

Clear a mission, and you might get the chance to do a rare mission. Fairly simple.

The longer your in a mission, up to 1/2 hour the higher your chance of a rare mission reward after clearing it. Other than that it's random, luck.

It's pretty much a random chance after you complete a mission. As Gibdozer said, the longer you take to do a mission up to the 30 minute point, the somewhat higher chance you have supposedly at getting it. When you do get it, you will be notified via a scrolling message too.
