I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to make Japanese characters appear in Photoshop. I had some things translated by Espio and I'm trying to copy and paste them into Photoshop, but nothing appears. What should I do to make this work?

use windows IME. do you have Vista or XP? こんにちは

go to control panel, Clock, language, and Region, change keyboards or other input methods, click change keyboard,
click add, scroll down to japanese, then click Japanese, and microsoft IME. hit ok, apply and all that good stuff.
then to activate it in a program, hit the alt+shift. then to change it to japanese, hit the alt+~ and in the corner of your screen you should see
JP. then you have it, or should have it.

If he's copy-pasting, he just needs to have an appropriate font selected in Photoshop.

Arial Unicode MS got most of the Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabian, Russian and Greek characters. I'm still on Azerty mode on my keyboard and they display just right with this font.
