I can't get over how fundamentally flawed this "Modern Tea Party" thing is.

The original Boston Tea Party dealt with colonists being upset that they were being overtaxed without proper representation, so they destroyed the overtaxed tea by dumping it into the Boston Harbor.

These are people who have proper representation complaining that they're giving too much money to the government by SPENDING THEIR OWN MONEY TO SEND TEABAGS TO THE GOVERNMENT.

Political fail?

POLITICAL FAIL.
