What do the megispheres do?

and how do i use them?

you trade them for event only items.

and also the magashi plan(side story) takes 15 for S2 not sure how many for S, 5 on C, not sure how many for B or A

15 for A, 10 for B, 5 for C. There is no S or S2...

Go to the counter, īspecial missionī and choose "dark crystal seeker" (or something like that). The guy in the mission will give you a list of items that you can get if you give him megi-spheres. He also lists how many spheres you need for each available item.

Also, more items will be added later on (probably in 2 weeks), so you may wanna save some spheres for later. :)

save them until we get the update on "Magashi Plan" where you'll have access to more areas and it will be more worthwhile.

If you're strong enough for Magashi Plan A, you should be able to get the spheres for it in no time.
