Panzer Dragoon Saga is a game I love and they do look alot alike. Thank goodness I still own the game :3 *hugs his saturn*

Well, there will always be guys with long white hair that are evil. it is a requirement for an evil guy that also aims to be cool to have long, white hair. why is it unoriginal to follow videogame rules?

I don't see the resemblance, and I replayed Saga last month (at least disc one lol), and never have tough of a resemblance between both characters, neither their outfits are similar, they are just a midle aged man with white long hair, Houzer has evil intentions, Craymen is just a conqueror looking for power, I don't see him as an evil character, he is just like Raoh/Ken-oh lol

they both have grey/white long hair, pulled back, wear military-like jackets in dark/muted colors, and both are deathly serious...

Sephiroth is their long lost little brother.
