does this mean im banned?

Selling MS points for meseta is about the same as buying meseta, you buy MS points for money, redeem MS points for things that would cost you money. In a sense MS points are money just only worth anything on xbox live. Kinda like if you couldnt convert the US dollar to another countries money.

They should. The only time I've been involved in something like this Ruby had to check the trade logs before he banned the guy who scammed me for 60 mil.

If items or meseta are duped and then sold for money, someone else is profiting off of Sega's trademarked property which is illegal. This is tantamount to bootlegging. There's a reason bootlegging is illegal.

It doesn't matter how much time, effort, skill or whatever it took you to "earn" all of your in-game items; in the end they all still are sole property of Sega. If you sell it for profit without an agreement with Sega then you are committing an illegal act (though I'm sure they wouldn't take action unless the sold items gained a significant amount of revenue OR if sold items were ruining their game so much that they couldn't profit on it).

also, you were warned several times by other player's not to keep it up, but you did.
IMO ban is very fair and should only be removed when you learn some common sense and decide to play the game like the rest of us.

IIRC the "currently disabled" message is the permaban message and it displays a different one for bans for a certain length of time. I've never been banned so I don't know for sure (maybe someone who got banned for the s+10s would know) but I think I remember reading that somewhere on the forums.

I got banned long ago during mag. Ive never scammed, duped, mgg'd etc etc. My best guess is some 12 year old little bitch had a problem with me booting him out of a party because he was being a dumbass.

At any rate, I sent messages in etc etc. I go no reply, nothing. No explanation for why I was banned. But I figured out that they didnt ban my account, they banned my xbox's serial for some reason.
I had made a new account after thinking my old one was lost and I couldnt even log onto that account... however, if i tried to log onto a new xbox and played, it worked fine.

So, if you have a buddy who doesnt play psu, see if you can console swap and see if thats the problem.

Dont try and say you're innocent to all these people on Pso-world.. mostly theyre just like "everyone says that" or w/e.. generally no help at all.

Your right about the first part. But in the U.S., it is not illegal to buy things off a video game or online service (unless it deals with child pornography, Drugs/Firearms, etc.) Its only illegal with the "Terms of Use" with PSU.

Edit: The trademark and copyright only protect the game from legit bootleg (CD copying/hacking,) patent logos, sole possission of Phantasy star owned by Sega, and all contents of PSU. All items do belong to Sega, though no law protects Sega with this transaction. Only if the game was manipulated with software or illegal copies. Im reading somemore chapters on trademark/copyright property.

Only a state law could possibly prosecute you for "Fantasized currency". What state do you live in? I dont know about JP Copyright laws, but it could be out of jurisdiction.
