Box in a friends room

If I use these to place say a [B] Shigga Pakuda in a friends room, can just anyone open it up and take it or only him?

Only him can take it. (you can too if you decide to change your mind)

Only up until you leave their room though.

You can take items out of the same box you leave in their room, but only they can actually take the items and the box.

You have to be using that same character, too. If you have another character on the same account, nothing will happen. Likewise, they have to be the character whose room that is to open the box. Alternate characters won't be able to do anything.
